Due to the nature of our digital services and immediate access to paid content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access to the Telegram-based educational content has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
We may review refund requests only in rare cases of accidental duplicate charges or clear technical failure on our part. If you believe you have a valid case, please contact us via email within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that payment processing fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party providers are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees are retained by the payment processor and not by us. If a refund is granted, it will exclude any non-refundable transaction fees.
