Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Vikki Swan LLC. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.

  • Order means a completed purchase transaction initiated by you through the Website.

  • You means the individual or entity accessing the Service and purchasing Digital Products.

2. General Policy

  • All sales are final. Once access to Digital Products has been granted, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • By purchasing, you confirm that you understand Digital Products are intangible goods and are deemed “consumed” immediately upon granting access.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional cases, and solely under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase; and
  • Access to Digital Products has not been provided.

If access has been granted — even partially (including video lessons, downloadable materials, or chat access) — no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Grounds for Automatic Denial of Refund

  • You received access to Digital Products, regardless of whether such content was used, downloaded, or viewed.
  • The request is based on personal or subjective reasons (e.g., “changed my mind,” “not satisfied with quality,” “no time to study,” etc.).
  • You violated any terms of use, licensing restrictions, or attempted unauthorized distribution of materials.
  • You initiated a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider before contacting us.

5. Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party providers are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees are retained by the payment processor and not by the Company. Any refund granted (if applicable) will exclude such fees.

6. Buyer’s Acknowledgment & Waiver

  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full.
  • You waive any right to dispute or reverse payments once access has been provided.
  • You agree that Digital Products constitute non-refundable services under applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws.

7. Legal Disclaimer

This Policy is established in accordance with international e-commerce and consumer protection standards. Its purpose is to protect the Company against fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified refund claims. The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to assess and determine whether a request qualifies as an exception. All decisions made by the Company are final and binding.
